Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Refunds (Physical Products)

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo.

Approved cases will be eligible for either:

A replacement item (subject to stock availability), or

A store credit of equal value.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds (Digital Products & Services)

Digital downloads, courses, meditations, and online programs are non-refundable once delivered/access granted.

Event/workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable to another participant if requested 48 hours before the event.
Delayed or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved but not received within 10 days, please check with your bank/payment provider. Processing times may vary.
